Aroma & Palate

Brunello di Montalcino D.O.C.G.: Notes of underbrush and small red fruits, nuances of vanilla and spicy finish. Soft and persuasive, with important presence of velvety tannins that balance sapidity and persistence.

Rosso di Montalcino D.O.C.: Rich and persistent nose, with notes of small red fruits and underbrush. Balsamic nuances complete it. Good structure, soft tannins that balance a savoury acidity.

Bolgheri Rosso D.O.C.: Complex spectrum with notes of small red fruits, cinnamon, chocolate, and liquorice. Harmonious, good structure with sweet tannins. Persistent, enveloping and soft, and with a jammy aftertaste.

Chianti Classico D.O.C.G.: Notes of red berry fruits, complexed by spices and balsamic nuances. Good structure, notable freshness and long finish enhanced by soft and silky tannins.

Chianti Classico Gran Selezione D.O.C.G.: Persistent and generous with good mature berries, aromatic herbs and a hint of balsamic. Full-bodied, rich, powerful with very well balanced tannins. Long and very elegant finish.

Vermentino Maremma Toscana D.O.C.: Appealing fruity notes that recall white peach and green apple enhanced with orange blossom shades. Fresh and intriguing, great balance between acidity, structure and sapidity; great persistence.

Bolgheri Rosso D.O.C.: Located in Bolgheri, at sea level. 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot, 20% Cabernet Franc.

Chianti Classico D.O.C.G.: Located at 350 m above sea level, municipality of Barberino Tavarnelle (FI). 90% Sangiovese, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot.

Chianti Classico Gran Selezione D.O.C.G.: Castelnuovo Berardenga, Siena. In the heart of the Chianti Classico region. 100% Sangiovese.

Vermentino Maremma Toscana D.O.C.: Located in the area of Marina di Grosseto. 100% Vermentino.
