The Signature Set is a selection of wines from Italy’s most characteristic regions. From Alto Adige’s whites to Tuscany’s Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, from Oltrepò Pavese’s Pinot Noir all the way to an excellent Prosecco Rosé from Veneto. You’ve got to try them all!

Aroma & Palate

Pinot Nero Provincia di Pavia I.G.T.: Expressive and generous bouquet with notes of berries, strawberry, and cherry. The fruity aroma profile is accompanied by notes of violet, vanilla, and a hint of black pepper. Enveloping and rich with lively tannins along with fruity and spiced notes. Overall, it’s harmonious and persistent.

Cabernet Sauvignon Toscana I.G.T.: An outstanding wine with both fruity and spiced aromas, such as dark chocolate, plum jam, black pepper, vanilla, and ripe berries. A powerful and important wine with a long finish and great persistence. The tannins are strong yet smooth, making the wine very harmonious.

Toscana Merlot I.G.T.: Rich bouquet with spiced notes of licorice root, black pepper, clove, all completed by fruity aromas of blackberry and ripe red fruit. Round and important with notes of ripe red fruit. Velvety and soft, tannins are smooth; overall, it’s a pleasant wine with a long finish and good persistence.

Sauvignon Blanc Alto Adige: Very typical and expressive aromas of this grape variety, such as sambuco flowers, peach and inviting notes of tropical fruit such as pineapple and papaya. Refreshing and savory; the crisp acidity and the light residual sugar enable this wine to be very pleasant,persistentand enjoyable.

Chardonnay Alto Adige D.O.C.: Fresh and fruity with notes of banana and yellow apple along with a hint of vanilla. Refreshing and enveloping with notes of banana, yellow apple, vanilla, and a touch of peach. Overall, it’s rich and persistent.

Prosecco D.O.C Rosé Brut Millesimato - BIO: Elegant and complex, hints of raspberry, blueberry, and wild strawberry. Fruity, persistent. Distinct acidity, well balanced by a salty and mineral finish.

Sauvignon Blanc Alto Adige: Municipality of Salorno (BZ), Pochi district, at 500 m a.s.l. 100% Sauvignon Blanc.

Chardonnay | Alto Adige D.O.C.: Alto Adige. 100% Chardonnay.

Prosecco D.O.C Rosé Brut Millesimato - BIO: Hills around Treviso. 85% Glera, 15% Pinot Nero.
