Aroma & Palate

Amarone della Valpolicella D.O.C.G.: An expansive bouquet of berries with chocolate notes, vanilla, coffee, and some hint of spices and tobacco. Full body well balanced. Long spice finish.

Valpolicella Classico D.O.C. - BIO: Intense and complex vinous scent, with prevalence of viola and cherry and slightly spicy notes. Young wine with fairly structure and harmonious balance between tannins, acid component and slight residual sugar.

Buseta e Boton | Rosso Passito I.G.T. Veneto: Hints of blackberry fruits, black pepper, coffee and chocolate. Full and round, savory, slightly tannic with hints of cinnamon, notes of coffee and chocolate.

Pinot Grigio D.O.C. Delle Venezie - BIO: Prevailing notes of peach, citrus and white flowers. Fruity and fresh, well balanced by softness. Salty aftertaste.

La Sgargina | Lugana D.O.C.: Intense and elegant fruity notes with floral nuances and light hints of almond and white peach. Soft and harmonious with characteristics of extreme freshness and flavor, almost saline.

Prosecco D.O.C. Brut: Fragrant notes of apple, peach, slightly citrus and floral. Fruity, fresh taste, strong acidity balanced by a long persistence.

Amarone della Valpolicella D.O.C.G.: Sant’ Ambrogio di Valpolicella. 80% Corvina, 15% Rondinella, 5% Molinara.

Valpolicella Classico D.O.C. - BIO: Most suitable areas within the five municipalities that make up Valpolicella Classica. 85% Corvina, 15% Rondinella.

Buseta e Boton | Rosso Passito I.G.T. Veneto: Cavaion Veronese. 75% Merlot, 25% Corvina.

Pinot Grigio D.O.C. Delle Venezie - BIO: Cessalto di Piave. 100% Pinot Grigio.

La Sgargina | Lugana D.O.C.: Southern area of Lake Garda. Trebbiano di Lugana 90%, 10 % other white grapes.

Prosecco D.O.C. Brut: Province of Treviso. 100% Glera.
