Aroma & Palate

Barolo D.O.C.G.: Intense notes of red fruit and violet. Ample and velvety with a finish full of spice and a hint of vanilla.

Barbaresco D.O.C.G.: Floral notes of rose and violet, slight minty note. Medium body, decisive balsamic notes on the finish and silky tannins.

Barbera d’Alba D.O.C.: Abundant and vibrant black cherry. Initially sweet-toned fruit with a dry finish and polished tannins.

Langhe Nebbiolo D.O.C.: Light and delicate with notes of red fruit and violet. Round and elegant tannins, good balance.

Barbera d’Asti D.O.C.G. - BIO: Interesting bouquet that recalls small red fruit, violet and roses with hints of black pepper. The mouthfeel is rich and long lasting, with great structure and an interesting acidity.

Gavi D.O.C.G.: Elegant and fresh with notes of pear and citron. Persistent, bright acidity, delicate texture with a floral finish.
